There is ample parking onsite as well as close access to a pharmacy and a pathology collection centre.

My Family General Practice collects personal information including the patient's name, date of birth, address, telephone number and Medicare number; health care fund; current drugs or treatments used by the patient; previous and current medical history, including where clinically relevant a family medical history, and the name of any health service provider or medical specialist to whom the patient is referred, copies of any letters of referrals and copies of any reports back.

The purpose(s) of collecting this information includes: the purpose the patient was advised of at the time of collection of information, for the delivery of health services to the patient and the ordinary operation of our services, the compulsion of law, or where there is a serious and imminent threat to an individual’s life, health or safety, or a serious threat to public health or safety.

Our aim is to return patients' emails and or calls within 2 working days. Although 2 days may seem long, it is because we may respond to patients based on urgency and other factors first. Please leave a thorough message. Alternatively, please call our friendly reception staff with any questions you may have.

It is against our policy to send patient results to patients by email, unless it is encrypted or patients agree in writing that they accept the risk of their information being sent by email.

Services - Minor Injury and Illness Clinic

The Minor Injury and Illness Clinic can be accessed for walk-in, urgent care for illnesses and injuries not anticipated to be life-threatening in nature, such as simple fractures, simple infections, earache, minor burns and minor head injuries.

The Minor Injury and Illness Clinic operates from 8am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

For after-hour non-urgent medical care, we have a formal arrangement in place with Hello Home Doctor. To contact the Hello Home Doctor service call 134100.

Dr Mina can provide home visiting where appropriate upon request in the after hour period.
